Job Description

Crossroads Mobile Maintenance is seeking to hire a full-time Fleet Maintenance Technician. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to transition into field service and advance your career. Technicians will be dispatched from their home and receive on the job training.

Essential Job Functions:

Effectively perform preventative maintenance, DOT inspections, diagnose and make repairs on automotive, heavy-duty trucks and construction equipment. Compliance with company and customer safety policies. Capable of working without constant supervision in adverse weather conditions. Maintain good interpersonal and communication skills and relationships. Comply with reporting and paperwork, inspection forms and details.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Clean driving record. Experience in automotive or heavy-duty trucks. Basic computer skills. Possess basic tool inventory.
