HVAC Lead Installer If you're the kind of installer who takes ownership of the entire job—from the first walkthrough to the final walkthrough—and you lead your crew with confidence while delivering a clean, professional install that truly wows the customer, you will thrive at T&G.
The Big Task:
Lead HVAC installation jobs while delivering a 5-star customer experience and developing your team on every project.
What You'll Do:
Lead residential HVAC installations (heating, cooling, ventilation, refrigeration) Review job details and ensure jobs are properly staged for success Maintain clean, organized job sites and trucks Train and develop Install Assistants and junior team members Communicate clearly with customers and team throughout the job Utilize ServiceTitan for updates, documentation, and coordination Collect payment and ensure job completion standards are met Promote and explain HCC membership benefits Collaborate with install coordinators, vendors, and team members for smooth execution Participate in weekly hands-on training and development KPIs for
Success:
Meet daily department KPI goals (Labor, Equipment, Materials) Obtain EPA Certification within one year Obtain NATE Core Certification within one year
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred EPA Certification (or ability to obtain) Knowledge of installation and venting codes Ability to read diagrams and blueprints Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills If you take pride in leading a job the right way, developing others, and delivering a true 5-star experience, this job is for you!
