Responsibilities Perform tire services including mounting, balancing, rotation, and repair to ensure optimal vehicle handling and safety Conduct oil changes and automotive fluid replacements following manufacturer specifications to maintain engine health Assist with minor mechanical repairs such as brake inspections, belt replacements, and vehicle diagnostics Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete maintenance tasks efficiently and safely Support vehicle maintenance activities like wheel alignments and basic mechanical repairs to enhance vehicle performance Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions professionally Skills Dealership experience or automotive service background preferred but not required Proven mechanic experience with a solid understanding of standard passenger car operation Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, fluid replacement procedures, and basic mechanical repairs Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive maintenance equipment Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform tire service, oil changes, and minor repairs confidently Ability to lift heavy objects safely during tire rotations or parts replacement tasks Excellent customer service skills with clear communication abilities Familiarity with vehicle alignment processes and general automotive repair techniques This role offers an engaging environment where your mechanical skills will be valued and developed.
