Automotive Service Technician

• $30•45 Flat Rate•No Weekends Voice Motor Sales•Kalkaska, Michigan Voice Motor Sales is looking for a skilled and dependable Automotive Service Technician to join our team.

We offer a stable Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends, providing the work-life balance that can be difficult to find in the automotive industry. $30

• 45 per flat-rate hour based on experience, certifications, and productivity.

Guaranteed minimum pay during your first 90 days, plus a potential sign-on bonus for qualified GM-certified technicians. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well with others, and is committed to providing excellent service to our customers. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair automotive mechanical and electrical issues Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and warranty repairs Complete repairs accurately and efficiently Document completed work and recommended repairs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Communicate effectively with service advisors and other team members Follow dealership and manufacturer repair procedures Qualifications Previous automotive repair experience preferred Current State of Michigan mechanic certification in the applicable repair categories or a valid Michigan mechanic trainee permit Candidates who do not currently hold the required credentials must obtain them before performing repairs GM and ASE certifications are preferred but not required Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to operate standard diagnostic and repair equipment Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Dependable, motivated, and able to work as part of a team Must provide your own basic tools What We Offer Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends $30
