Certified Licensed Automotive Mechanic

• Diagnostic Specialist We are looking for an experienced, certified/licensed automotive mechanic who has strong hands-on knowledge and, most importantly, can accurately diagnose vehicles and determine what repairs or maintenance are actually needed .

The ideal candidate is someone who can inspect a vehicle, identify the problem, explain what needs to be done, and provide an honest and accurate assessment before repairs are performed. Responsibilities Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues Perform thorough vehicle inspections and identify needed repairs Use diagnostic equipment and scan tools effectively Determine the cause of vehicle problems rather than simply replacing parts Identify safety concerns and recommend necessary repairs Inspect vehicles and determine overall condition Explain findings and recommended repairs clearly Verify repairs and ensure vehicles are operating properly Perform mechanical repairs when needed Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Requirements Certified/licensed automotive mechanic Proven professional automotive repair experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Excellent knowledge of automotive systems Experience using computerized diagnostic equipment Able to accurately identify problems and determine the appropriate repair Strong attention to detail Reliable, honest, and professional Able to work independently and make sound mechanical decisions What We're Looking For We need someone who knows cars inside and out and can be relied upon to look at a vehicle and figure out what it needs, what it doesn't need, and what should be addressed first . Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or technician.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Experience in auto body repair is a plus.
• Familiarity with GM vehicles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
