That's Minor Customs is looking for an experienced Automotive Body Technician who knows what it takes to produce laser-straight panels, precise body gaps, and show-quality results. We're a friendly, close-knit team specializing in premium, collector-quality classic, vintage, custom, and muscle cars. Our shop stands above the rest because we hold ourselves to a high standard of craftsmanship—and we have a lot of fun doing what we love. Every vehicle presents a different challenge. We're looking for someone with the patience, experience, and attention to detail needed to make each body look better than new. Responsibilities Perform bodywork and restoration on classic, vintage, custom, and muscle cars Fit, align, and gap doors, hoods, trunks, fenders, and other body panels Create precise, consistent panel gaps and proper body alignment Repair rust, dents, damaged panels, and previous bodywork Perform metal finishing, panel replacement, welding, and fabrication Apply and shape body filler and finishing glaze as needed Perform surfacing, block sanding, and primer preparation Make panels and body lines smooth, consistent, and laser straight Inspect work using guide coats, proper lighting, and straightedges Disassemble and reassemble body panels, trim, and related components Work closely with the paint, fabrication, and mechanical teams Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area Work carefully around valuable and one-of-a-kind vehicles Benefits Paid holidays Paid vacation and PTO Health insurance Employee discounts Opportunities for advancement The opportunity to work on premium, collector-quality vehicles A friendly, upbeat shop culture with a team that shares your passion for classic cars
