Job Summary:
As an Automotive Dismantler Floating Technician you're primarily responsible for effectively and efficiently dismantling assigned vehicles. You will be working with other dismantlers and at times by yourself. Personal basic tools are required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Obtain list of vehicles scheduled for dismantling.
  • Dismantle vehicle according to inventory sheet.
  • Tag parts that have been inventoried.
  • Always mark stock number and right/left on part before removing.
  • Parks vehicle, body or front end assembly in appropriate spot.
  • Assists other dismantlers with parts removal as needed.
  • Maintains a clean and safe work area.
