Urgently Hiring An Automotive Service Advisor $100K-$118K Earning Potential We are a t looking for experienced Service Advisors who want to work in a structured, high-performing shop environment. This role is designed for advisors who understand shop operations, can communicate clearly with customers, and want to earn strong income in a well run system. Compensation Base pay plus commission on gross profit Top advisors earning $100,000-$118,000 per year Work Environment Clean, organized shops with strong systems Technicians who can actually perform the work being sold Consistent workflow including fleet accounts Team-focused, no chaos environment What You'll Be Responsible For Managing repair orders from check-in to completion Communicating repair recommendations clearly to customers Working closely with technicians to ensure accurate timelines Maintaining strong relationships with both retail and fleet customers What We're Looking For Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience required Strong communication and organization skills Ability to confidently present repair recommendations Ability to close $1,000 plus repair orders consistently Experience working in a fast-paced shop environment Team-first mindset This is a long term career opportunity for advisors who want to grow and be part of a high-performing shop.
