Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Service Advisor, where your enthusiasm and customer-focused mindset will drive exceptional service experiences. In this vital role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance and repair services. Your energetic approach will ensure customers feel valued, informed, and confident in their automotive care journey. You'll coordinate between customers and technicians, manage service orders, and deliver a seamless, positive experience that keeps our clients coming back. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and professionally as they arrive for service appointments or inquiries Listen actively to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues and service requests Explain recommended services clearly, including scope, benefits, and costs, ensuring transparency at every step Prepare detailed work orders for technicians, prioritizing repairs based on urgency and customer needs Communicate regularly with customers regarding vehicle status updates and additional service recommendations Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and services while maintaining quality standards Assist in scheduling appointments efficiently to maximize shop productivity and customer satisfaction Skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in an understandable way Strong organizational skills to manage multiple service orders simultaneously Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach to resolving issues and enhancing satisfaction Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Basic knowledge of automotive systems, repair processes, and terminology (preferred but not required) Experience with automotive service management software or CRM systems is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to handle vehicle test drives or shuttle services Join us in delivering outstanding automotive care! Pay:
$48,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
