Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and energetic Automotive Technician to join our service team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional automotive service experiences to our customers, keeping their vehicles running smoothly and reliably. Your mechanical knowledge, hands-on skills, and commitment to quality will drive customer satisfaction and vehicle excellence. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools and interpret automotive wiring diagrams to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain various vehicle systems including powertrain, transmission, suspension, electrical systems, and ADAS components. Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, wheel alignments, and suspension system repairs. Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently to execute repairs with precision while adhering to safety standards. Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical problems on diverse vehicle makes, including Honda vehicles. Repair diesel engines and perform welding as needed for structural or component repairs. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly, offering maintenance advice, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the service process. Experience Dealership experience or equivalent service technician experience is highly preferred. Proven ability in automotive diagnostics and repair across multiple systems such as transmissions, vehicle electrical systems, and powertrains. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using automotive repair tools and equipment. Familiarity with auto estimating processes for accurate job quoting. Experience working with schematics, wiring diagrams, and interpreting complex technical documentation. Knowledge of vehicle suspension system repair, wheel alignment procedures, and vehicle transmission system repair is essential. Prior experience working on GM vehicles or similar brands is advantageous but not mandatory. Join us if you're passionate about automotive repair excellence!
