• Earn Free Tools FleetPride Tech University Training Specialty Shop Tools Provided Career Growth Opportunities Long-Term Stability with a Growing Company What You'll Do As a Trailer Technician, you will perform repairs and maintenance on a wide variety of commercial trailers, including: Preventative maintenance and inspections Brake repairs and air system diagnostics Axle and suspension repairs Wheel-end repairs Welding and fabrication Trailer body repairs and structural repairs Door repairs and replacements Roof, wall, and floor repairs Container repairs and modifications Reefer repairs (experience preferred but not required) What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Previous trailer repair experience preferred Strong communication skills with Service Managers and team members Ability to work safely and efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship Positive attitude and team-focused mindset Ability to provide your own tools and toolbox Valid driver's license required Whether you are an experienced Trailer Technician or looking for a company that will invest in your growth, FleetPride offers the opportunity to build a career you can be proud of.
