Your role as a Lube Technician is very important to our dealership. Quick, yet quality service, is critical to the long-term success of our service department and overall dealership success. Perform basic maintenance services such as oil changes and tire rotations. Inspect every vehicle and document the results on the multi-point inspection. Repair and install tires. Ensure that all vehicles leave in as good or better condition than they came in. Perform other fluid services related to the transmission, rear differential, transfer case, coolant and brake fluid.

Lube Technician Qualifications:

Experience is preferred but we are very willing to train an inexperienced candidate who has general mechanical knowledge. Strong communication skills are needed with fellow technicians as well as the service advisors. Show flexibility in schedule to accommodate a high level of guest satisfaction.
