Our mission is to glorify God by providing excellent and ethical automotive care for our guests. Our Maple Grove shop has been open since 2020 and has built a reputation of being good neighbors while servicing vehicles. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and driven Service Advisor to support our team. In this role, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice for our customers, providing exceptional support and guiding them through their auto service needs. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help create a positive experience for every client while identifying sales opportunities that align with their vehicle care. Our goal is to find an individual with a great deal of knowledge or experience in both automotive service and sales or service advising. Responsibilities Greet guests as they arrive at the shop, checking them in with thorough inquiry questions and setting proper expectations for service. Review technician inspections, prepare inspection form for customer review. Prepare estimates based on technician findings, sourcing parts and labor times and documenting detail notes based on technician findings. Present inspection report to customers during advising call, sharing our recommendations and presenting options for work to be performed, working toward securing commitments for work. Answer phones, scheduling guests and keeping customers informed on the status of their vehicles. Cash out and check out customers, reviewing work completed and sending them on their way with a smile, thanking them for trusting us with their vehicle. Shuttle customers to and from the shop with our courtesy shuttle. Help keep office and shop clean and organized.
Preferred Experience:
Sales or customer service roles Automotive service experience or solid understanding of automotive systems We are looking for someone who knows a good amount about cars and how they work, but want someone who cares deeply about serving guests well and elevating the customer experience. The right candidate will be able to close sales through great communication and thorough work. This could be either a part time or full time position, depending on the candidate and business needs. Further details to be discussed with candidates regarding scheduling.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
