The ideal candidate will have experience in vehicle repair and maintenance, with a strong focus on diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, perform routine maintenance (oil changes, brakes, tires and inspections), use diagnostic tools and equipment. This role involves working on a variety of vehicles, and requires understanding of automotive engines, transmissions, suspensions and steering systems. The successful applicant will be committed to delivering high-quality repairs efficiently while maintaining safety standards and excellent customer and team interactions. Skills Proven experience or extensive automotive repair background. Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and repair techniques. Valid CDL driver's license. Owns basic tools (preferred). Ability to operate a forklift (we will train). Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and maintenance equipment. Ability to perform oil changes, tire services (including alignment), suspension work (shocks & struts), brake repair, wheel balancing, and auto body repair tasks. Must be able to lift 75 lbs. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
