Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Quick Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. This role is essential in providing efficient vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, tire services, alignments, and basic diagnostics. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, experience with automotive repair, and excellent customer service skills. Prior dealership or service technician experience is highly desirable. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and safety are paramount. Responsibilities Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections efficiently and accurately Conduct wheel alignments and tire services using appropriate tools and equipment Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and light repairs Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform repairs and maintenance procedures Diagnose basic automotive issues using diagnostic equipment and mechanical knowledge Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions Assist with upselling additional maintenance or repair services when appropriate Follow all safety protocols and procedures during vehicle servicing Experience Dealership experience or prior automotive repair background preferred Hands-on mechanic experience with automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment Experience performing oil changes, alignments, tire services, and general vehicle maintenance Service technician experience that demonstrates mechanical knowledge and customer service skills Ability to lift heavy objects safely and work in physically demanding environments Strong understanding of automotive systems, safety standards, and quality control practices This role is ideal for individuals passionate about automotive repair who thrive in a team-oriented environment dedicated to quality service.

Pay:

$17.00 - $21.00 per hour
