Job Summary Join our dynamic automotive team as a Tire and Lube Technician, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining vehicle safety, performance, and customer satisfaction. This energetic position involves performing tire services, oil changes, fluid replacements, and minor mechanical repairs with precision and enthusiasm. Duties Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotation, and replacement services efficiently and accurately. Conduct oil changes and replace automotive fluids such as coolant, transmission fluid, and brake fluid following manufacturer specifications. Assist with minor mechanical repairs including brake inspections, belt replacements, and vehicle diagnostics. Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform vehicle maintenance tasks with attention to detail. Conduct wheel alignments to ensure proper vehicle handling and tire longevity. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Experience Dealership experience or prior automotive service technician experience is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn. Strong mechanical knowledge of standard passenger cars and basic automotive diagnostics. Hands-on experience with automotive fluid replacement, oil changes, tire service, and minor mechanical repairs. Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while working on vehicles or handling tires. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward teamwork and sales opportunities. Prior experience with vehicle maintenance procedures such as alignments or brake inspections is a plus.
