What You'll Do:

🔩 Assist with maintaining and repairing diesel engines and heavy equipment. 🛠️ Learn to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. 🚛 Support repairs on engines, brakes, tires, and other critical equipment components. 🔍 Perform diagnostic testing to identify and resolve equipment issues. ⚙️ Complete preventive maintenance, including inspections, lubrication, and greasing. 🏗️ Assist with fabrication and minor repair projects to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently. 📋 Accurately document maintenance and repair work. ✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.

What We're Looking For:

✔ Strong mechanical aptitude and desire to build a career in diesel mechanics ✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced technicians ✔ Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a shop environment ✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills ✔ Dependable work ethic and willingness to work overnight shifts ✔ Interest in diesel engines, heavy equipment, and hands-on repair work

Preferred Experience:

⭐ Exposure to diesel engines, automotive repair, heavy equipment, agriculture equipment, or related mechanical work ⭐ Experience working with tools in a professional, school, military, or personal setting ⭐ Interest in learning welding, fabrication, and advanced diagnostic techniques
