We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and maintenance, demonstrating proficiency in using hand and power tools. As a Lube Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that vehicles are serviced efficiently and effectively, providing top-notch customer service while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities Perform routine oil changes and fluid checks on vehicles. Utilize hand tools and power tools to conduct maintenance tasks. Inspect vehicles for any signs of wear or potential issues. Maintain accurate records of services performed on each vehicle. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle needs. Assist in the sales of automotive products and services as needed. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the service area. Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Complete all assigned training and fallow during daily processes. Professional appearance when on the job. Be ready to work in the service bay at the start of the assigned shift Experience Previous experience in automotive service or as a mechanic is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with automotive repair techniques and practices is an advantage. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients. Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail is essential.
