JMS Custom Services is hiring an Automotive Technician and a Lube and Tire Technician. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

Lube and Tire Technician Responsibilities:

• No tools required, basic tools will be supplied Duties included but are not limited to: Change engine oil and oil filters Mount and balance tires Rotate tires, repair tires Replace air filters and light bulbs Perform multi-point vehicle inspections Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times

Automotive Technician Responsibilities:

• Must have own tools Duties include but are not limited to: Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including powertrain components and electrical systems Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to perform repairs and maintenance Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues accurately Align vehicle components according to manufacturer specifications Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques

Experience:

Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Lube Technician Strong knowledge of automotive service procedures and standards Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and tools used in the automotive industry Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail Certification from an accredited automotive program is a plus but not required Valid driver's license
