Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Repair and overhaul mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain components. Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections to uphold safety standards. Work on diesel engines and heavy equipment mechanics tasks when required, utilizing specialized knowledge for diesel engine repair. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical repair tools efficiently to complete repairs effectively. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex automotive electrical and mechanical systems. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Qualifications Proven experience working in the automotive repair industry with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and mechanical systems repair. Knowledge of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), air brake systems, and auto body repair is advantageous. Skilled in working with schematics, automotive electrical systems, transmissions, and powertrain components. Familiarity with heavy equipment mechanics and auto estimating processes is a plus. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical repair machinery safely and efficiently. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
