Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to their vehicle concerns to accurately assess service needs Explain repair and maintenance options clearly, utilizing estimating software and automotive diagnostics tools Write detailed service orders and estimates, ensuring transparency and accuracy for both customers and technicians Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, suspension work, transmissions, shocks & struts, air brake systems, and collision repairs Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of work while maintaining high-quality standards Manage customer communication throughout the service process, providing updates and explaining repair procedures in an understandable manner Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently while maintaining professionalism at all times Requirements Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar auto service management role; dealership experience is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and repair procedures Proficiency with estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively Experience in auto estimating, sales techniques, and service writing to maximize revenue opportunities through upselling Knowledge of automotive repair specialties including collision repair, transmissions, oil changes, tire service, shocks & struts, brake repair, suspension systems, air brake systems, and oil change procedures Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to drive various vehicles safely Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while providing exceptional client communication Embark on a career that combines your passion for automobiles with your talent for customer engagement.
