Job description: Upfit Technician Basin Upfitting - Kansas City, MO- Kearney, MO The Equipment Installation Technician is responsible for the proper installation and operation of van & truck mounted equipment as assigned. The Equipment Installation Technician is responsible for the proper installation and operation of van & truck equipment as assigned.   • Read job order and plan work procedures.
  • Document work performed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Must be proficient in the proper and safe use of hand and air operated tools.
  • Must be capable of installing and troubleshooting basic 12VDC electrical components.
  • Perform job responsibilities while maintaining a high level of quality assurance

Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Experience in installation of commercial truck, van, and/or trailer mounted equipment and/or equivalent.
