OFallon Mufflers Inc is looking for a motivated Lube Technician to join our team in OFallon, MO! This is a great opportunity to build your automotive career in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where your work keeps customers safely on the road.

Responsibilities:

Perform oil and filter changes efficiently and accurately Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs Check and top off fluids including coolant, brake fluid, power steering, and transmission fluid Rotate tires and check tire pressure as part of routine service Replace air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment Communicate vehicle findings and service recommendations to service advisors

Requirements:

Prior experience as a lube technician or in an automotive service role preferred Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and automotive systems Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality
