We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and highly skilled A-Level Technician to join our growing service team. Position Summary The A-Level Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and other vehicle makes to manufacturer standards. This position requires advanced diagnostic capabilities, strong technical expertise, and the ability to efficiently complete complex repairs while maintaining quality workmanship and productivity. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on gasoline, diesel, hybrid, and electrical vehicle systems. Diagnose and repair drivability, electrical, engine, transmission, steering, suspension, braking, and HVAC concerns. Utilize manufacturer diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and service information systems. Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently. Perform vehicle inspections and identify additional service opportunities. Maintain detailed and accurate repair documentation. Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Mentor and assist apprentice and lower-level technicians as needed. Stay current with Chrysler/Stellantis training requirements, technology updates, and industry advancements. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Qualifications Previous experience as an A-Level Automotive Technician. Chrysler/Stellantis certifications preferred. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities. ASE Certifications preferred. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to operate diagnostic equipment and manufacturer software. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality repairs. Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
