Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Power Sports Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a variety of vehicle makes and models, including Polaris, Can am, Honda, CF moto vehicles, and possess a strong background in automotive diagnostics, electrical systems, and mechanical repair. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex repairs, including engine repair, transmissions, powertrain systems. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing issues accurately and performing high-quality repairs to ensure customer satisfaction and vehicle safety. Duties Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics using schematics, automotive electrical systems, and advanced diagnostic tools Conduct repairs on powertrain components, transmissions, and diesel engines Execute vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, axles etc. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and installations Interpret service manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex issues Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance needs clearly Complete auto estimating accurately for repair procedures Qualifications Proven dealership or service technician experience with Power Sports repair Strong mechanical knowledge across various vehicle systems including electrical, powertrain, and transmissions Experience working with Power Sports vehicles is preferred Knowledge of automotive diagnostics tools and schematics is essential Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic software effectively Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in vehicle maintenance and repair tasks Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Prior experience in auto estimating is desirable Must provide own tools
