Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Quick Lube Technician, where you'll play a vital role in delivering fast, efficient, and high-quality automotive fluid services to our valued customers. This energetic position involves performing routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes and fluid replacements, with a focus on customer satisfaction and safety. As a key member of our service team, you'll ensure vehicles are maintained properly, helping drivers keep their cars running smoothly and reliably. Your mechanical aptitude and attention to detail will drive your success in this fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform quick lube services such as oil changes, fluid replacements (transmission, brake, coolant), and filter changes efficiently and accurately. Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify potential mechanical issues or safety concerns. Use hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance tasks safely and effectively. Assist with tire service including rotation, replacement, and balancing as needed. Support minor mechanical repairs and diagnostics under supervision, ensuring quality workmanship. Maintain cleanliness of work area and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering vehicle-related questions professionally. Qualifications Prior dealership or automotive service experience is highly preferred. Mechanical knowledge of standard passenger cars and automotive systems. Experience with automotive diagnostics, fluid replacement, oil changes, and basic mechanical repairs. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment. Ability to lift heavy objects safely during tire service or vehicle maintenance tasks. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude. Knowledge of alignment procedures and minor mechanical repairs is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate standard passenger vehicles confidently.
