Responsibilities Perform quick lube services such as oil changes, fluid replacements (transmission, brake, coolant), and filter changes efficiently and accurately. Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify potential mechanical issues or safety concerns. Use hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance tasks safely and effectively. Assist with tire service including rotation, replacement, and balancing as needed. Support minor mechanical repairs and diagnostics under supervision, ensuring quality workmanship. Maintain cleanliness of work area and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering vehicle-related questions professionally. Qualifications Prior dealership or automotive service experience is highly preferred. Mechanical knowledge of standard passenger cars and automotive systems. Experience with automotive diagnostics, fluid replacement, oil changes, and basic mechanical repairs. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment. Ability to lift heavy objects safely during tire service or vehicle maintenance tasks. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude. Knowledge of alignment procedures and minor mechanical repairs is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate standard passenger vehicles confidently.
