!! This is for a full-time position. We are seeking a customer-service-driven applicant who has a great attitude and can work well in a team environment! We seek high-energy & friendly individuals to help make our customer-service-driven business successful. Our Oil Change Technicians are the face of the company, and we need them to be motivated, detail-oriented, and strive for excellent customer service. As an Oil Change Tech, you will be responsible for changing oil & filters on customers' vehicles while maintaining high customer service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Changing oil & filters while following set procedures Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work area Inspect engines for leaks Tops off fluid Diagnose issues on vehicles and recommend repair to customers Ensures all equipment is in working order Completes all required computer-based training in the allotted timeframe Comply with & understand all laws and regulations on hazardous materials Holding the highest level of customer service and maintaining a positive response to customers at all times Contribute to a positive culture and work environment Minimum Requirements Experience in a fast-paced environment Customer service background preferred Ability to use a point of sale system is preferred
Working Environment:
The tech must be able to do the following: lift a minimum of 20lbs Use stairs Use tools effectively Work in hot and cold weather Uniforms are required (provided) This position is a full-time position Experience level: Experience needed 9AM-6PM Overtime when needed Weekend availability (We are open on Saturdays) Must be 18 years old or older.
