The Mechanics B Tech Minimum Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Fill out a digital vehicle inspection on every vehicle. Complete assigned vehicle task in an efficient and accurate manner. Maintain a clean work environment. Maintain customer satisfaction with every vehicle. Maintain our core values. Produce 30-40 billable hours per week.

Salary and compensation:

$38,000-$43,000 base salary, plus great commission! Weekly bonus opportunity. Estimated $55,000-$83,000 total compensation with no commission cap. Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, and 401(k), with voluntary dental, vision, and more. Paid vacation and sick time. Employee discounted pricing.

Desired Experience:

Valid driver's license required. 2+ years of professional automotive experience required. Full vehicle lookovers and digital vehicle inspections. Engine and drivability diagnostics preferred. Oil changes. Preventative maintenance services and fluid flushes. Suspension work (ball joints, shocks and struts, tie rods, etc.) and alignment experience. Brake replacements.
