Job Description
Job Overview Dealer Specialties, a division of Dominion Enterprises, is the nation's largest automotive data & photo collection company, internet marketer and inventory management tool provider. Our customers are automobile dealerships who rely on us to collect and distribute their inventory information across the internet. Dealer Specialties has the largest internet marketing network on the web today, servicing thousands of automobile dealerships nationwide. Our franchise is currently seeking a Lot Technician and Inventory Photographer. Ideal candidates would be a highly motivated, efficient self-starter with excellent time management skills to help service growing routes around Asheville, Brevard, Franklin, Hendersonville and surrounding areas. This person should possess the ability to help get the job done in a timely and efficient manner, where every detail is critical. You will be trained by a seasoned Account Representative that will show you the ropes of how to properly service your accounts. This position is outdoors year-round, so you must enjoy working outside during all seasons and be able to handle the heat or cold. After the training period, the compensation is commission based with no selling involved. This position will start part-time with the potential of becoming a full-time position. The right individual should have : Excellent communication and customer service skills Willingness to learn in fast-paced environment Exhibit proactive problem-solving skills Extremely detail oriented and precise Possess an enthusiastic, customer-focused personality Have basic computer skills and an eye for automotive photography (additional training provided) Enjoy working outdoors in an independent environment Solid base of general automotive knowledge Route Sales or Field Service experience preferred but not required High School diploma/GED equivalent Employees receive : Earned paid vacation after one year on the job Vehicle provided for company use Equipment necessary for the job All candidates
