Job Overview:
Westcott Buick GMC, a family owned and operated team for over 41 years is looking to add a new member to our team. We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Service Lane Assistant. Must have an enthusiastic personality and willingness to help others. As a Service Lane Assistant, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from designated locations. This is a great opportunity for individuals with excellent driving skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.Duties:
- Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport passengers to and from designated locations
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
- Run Various daily errands for the dealership
- Help in other areas of the dealership and do light building maintenance
- Parking cars after vehicles have been checked in or dropped off for Service
- Keeping the coffee pot fresh and the popcorn machine full and clean
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting passengers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the shuttle vehicle
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on the vehicle to ensure its safety and functionality
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Delivery Driver, Van Driver, or Shuttle Driver is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with passengers
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
