Job Overview:
Westcott Buick GMC, a family owned and operated team for over 41 years is looking to add a new member to our team. We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Service Lane Assistant. Must have an enthusiastic personality and willingness to help others. As a Service Lane Assistant, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from designated locations. This is a great opportunity for individuals with excellent driving skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Duties:
  • Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport passengers to and from designated locations
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
  • Run Various daily errands for the dealership
  • Help in other areas of the dealership and do light building maintenance
  • Parking cars after vehicles have been checked in or dropped off for Service
  • Keeping the coffee pot fresh and the popcorn machine full and clean
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting passengers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the shuttle vehicle
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on the vehicle to ensure its safety and functionality
Experience:
  • Previous experience as a Delivery Driver, Van Driver, or Shuttle Driver is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with passengers
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Commercial driving experience is a plus If you are a skilled driver with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for the position of Shuttle Driver.
