Duties Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, fluid replacements, tire rotations, and brake inspections with precision and efficiency Perform minor mechanical repairs including minor recalls, alignment adjustments, and mechanical small mechanical repairs as assigned Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to complete repairs quickly while adhering to safety standards Complete training path provided Support vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire service, wheel alignment, and heavy lifting to ensure proper vehicle operation Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair needs clearly and maintaining professional communication throughout the service process Maintain detailed records of all work performed, including parts used and repair procedures followed Experience Previous dealership experience or automotive repair background is highly preferred Hands-on mechanic experience working with standard passenger cars and light trucks Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance Familiarity with automotive fluid replacement procedures, oil changes, tire services, and basic mechanical repairs Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and perform maintenance tasks requiring manual dexterity Join us as a Mercedes Benz Express Technician where your skills will drive excellence in automotive service!
