AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR

County Ford is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing Service Department in Graham, NC. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, understands the automotive service business, and knows how to create a great customer experience from write-up to vehicle delivery. What You'll Do Greet customers and identify their vehicle maintenance and repair needs Clearly explain recommended repairs and maintenance Prepare accurate repair orders and estimates Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process Work closely with technicians and parts to keep repairs moving efficiently Recommend maintenance and additional services based on vehicle needs Follow up with customers and ensure a great experience Help build long-term relationships and customer retention What We're Looking For Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Automotive/mechanical knowledge Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment Strong organization and follow-through Comfortable using dealership/service management software Positive, team-oriented attitude Valid driver's license and clean driving record Why County Ford? Pay:

$80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
