Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of automotive repair and maintenance services on all makes and models, including diesel and hybrid vehicles. Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire installations, brake services, electrical, and more. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs, building positive relationships, and ensuring satisfaction. Keep up with evolving automotive technologies, ensuring quality and accurate repairs. Collaborate with team members to meet shop goals and contribute to a positive work environment.

Training & Development:

Access to AAA University , a comprehensive and employee-centric training platform offering ASE prep programs and skill-building courses. Quarterly advanced-level continued education programs through our vendor partnerships, including training on: ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) Hybrid Drive Systems Diagnostics and Electrical TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems)
