Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Ferrari Master Technician to join our dynamic team. This energetic role requires an expert with extensive automotive repair experience, especially in high-performance luxury vehicles. As a Ferrari Master Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Ferrari vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will contribute to our reputation for excellence in automotive service and repair. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using advanced automotive electrical systems, schematics, and specialized tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs on mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, powertrains, suspensions, shocks & struts, brakes, and wheel alignments. Service high-performance components such as ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), air brakes, and diesel engines with precision. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive service equipment to execute repairs efficiently. Complete vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, and suspension repairs while adhering to manufacturer specifications. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems effectively. Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and safety regulations while providing exceptional customer service throughout the process. Requirements Proven luxury dealership experience with a strong background in automotive repair and diagnostics. Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems repair including transmissions, powertrains, suspension systems, brakes, and diesel engines. Skilled in automotive electrical systems diagnosis using schematics and diagnostic tools. Experience working with luxury or high-performance vehicles. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive maintenance machinery. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude toward clients and team members.
