Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as an Oil/Lube Technician and become a vital part of delivering exceptional vehicle maintenance services. In this energetic role, you will perform routine oil changes, fluid replacements, and minor mechanical repairs to keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly. Your expertise will help ensure safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction with every service. Responsibilities Perform oil changes and automotive fluid replacements efficiently and accurately using hand tools and power tools. Conduct vehicle inspections to identify necessary maintenance or minor mechanical repairs. Assist with tire service, including mounting, balancing, and rotation to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Support alignment procedures and other basic mechanical repairs as needed. Utilize automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering vehicle-related questions. Experience Previous dealership or automotive repair shop experience is highly preferred. Hands-on mechanic experience with standard passenger cars is essential. Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical repair, and vehicle maintenance procedures is required. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive fluid replacement techniques is necessary. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during tire service or mechanical repairs. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills will set you apart. Basic understanding of alignment procedures and minor mechanical vehicle repairs is advantageous.
