Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Technician, where your expertise will drive excellence in vehicle maintenance and repair. In this energetic role, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and service a wide range of vehicle systems to ensure optimal performance and safety. Your mechanical proficiency and technical skills will be essential in delivering top-tier automotive service that keeps our customers moving confidently. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools and interpret automotive wiring diagrams to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain various vehicle systems including powertrain, transmission, suspension, electrical systems, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). Conduct vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake repairs, wheel alignments, and engine diagnostics. Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently to execute repairs with precision and safety. Interpret schematics for complex electrical wiring and mechanical components to facilitate effective repairs. Repair diesel engines and perform welding or fabrication tasks as needed to restore vehicle integrity. Collaborate with team members on auto estimating processes to ensure timely service delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. Experience Proven dealership or service center experience as an Automotive Technician or Service Technician. Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, transmissions, powertrain components, and vehicle suspension systems. Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics software and troubleshooting procedures. Familiarity with GM vehicles or similar makes is a plus; experience with auto estimating software is advantageous. Mechanical knowledge complemented by proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. Demonstrated ability to interpret automotive schematics and wiring diagrams accurately. Excellent customer service skills paired with a proactive approach to vehicle maintenance and repair tasks. Pay:
$27.29 - $32.86 per hour
