In this vital role, you will leverage your extensive mechanical expertise to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Your deep understanding of automotive systems, combined with your hands-on experience, will drive excellence in vehicle service and customer satisfaction. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics on vehicles using advanced automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle components including powertrain systems, transmissions, diesel engines, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive service equipment to execute repairs efficiently. Interpret technical schematics and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical problems effectively. Execute wheel alignments and suspension adjustments to ensure vehicle safety and optimal handling. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair procedures, estimated timelines, and maintenance recommendations clearly. Maintain detailed service records, complete auto estimating tasks accurately, and ensure all work complies with dealership standards and safety regulations. Skills Proven shop experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair. Extensive mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems including powertrain, transmissions, diesel engines, and automotive electrical systems. Proficiency in reading schematics and wiring diagrams for troubleshooting complex issues. Hands-on experience with ADAS calibration, wheel alignment, and vehicle maintenance procedures. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic software. Strong understanding of auto estimating processes and customer service principles. Pay:
$100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
