Carolina Collision Center of Rocky Mount is seeking an experienced and skilled Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of professional collision repair experience, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality repairs. What You'll Be Doing Perform collision repairs, including structural, body, and panel work. Diagnose and assess vehicle damage to determine the appropriate repair process. Remove, repair, and replace damaged body components. Perform body filler, sanding, and preparation work as needed. Ensure repairs are completed according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards. Work closely with estimators, painters, and other team members to ensure an efficient repair process. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Inspect completed repairs to ensure quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For Minimum of 5 years of professional collision repair experience. Strong knowledge of collision repair techniques, tools, and equipment. Ability to accurately asses vehicle damage and determine necessary repairs. Experience with structural and non-structural body repairs. Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
