Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay:

$27-$47/hour based on experience. Over 25% of our technicians earn over $100K annually Air-conditioned shop - work comfortably year-round Air-conditioned fitness center + Woliba holistic wellness program Health insurance: Up to 75% employer-paid 401(k) with company match (50% up to 2% of earnings) Profit sharing: 10% of profits returned to employees each year Corporate Chaplain, prayer team, and virtual Bible study available for personal and spiritual growth Family-owned & operated for over 96 years with an A+ BBB rating What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles with a focus on Honda makes and models Perform high-quality work efficiently and safely Use the latest diagnostic tools and equipment Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members Stay current with automotive technology and certifications What We're Looking For ASE Certified or Master Certified Technician (preferred) 3-5 years' experience working with variety of vehicle makes Proven experience as an A-Level Technician OR strong motivation to learn and grow Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills A team player with a commitment to excellence and integrity Why Choose Us?
