Tire and Lube Technician

Duties Perform tire replacements, rotations, balancing, and repairs with precision and efficiency Conduct oil changes using appropriate oils and filters, ensuring proper disposal of used materials Assist with wheel alignments to improve vehicle handling and tire longevity Diagnose basic automotive issues using diagnostic tools and mechanical knowledge Conduct vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs and communicate findings to customers Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete repairs and maintenance tasks Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate Experience Dealership or automotive repair shop experience preferred, with a strong foundation in automotive diagnostics and mechanical work Prior mechanic or service technician experience is highly valued, demonstrating familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures Knowledge of automotive service standards, including oil changes, tire service, alignments, and general maintenance Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment safely during service procedures Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude towards helping clients understand their vehicle needs Basic sales skills are a plus for recommending additional services to customers Join us as a Tire and Lube Technician to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to vehicle safety and customer satisfaction.
