Apply in person or online at www.olearysautomotive.com Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs Prepare detailed service estimates using automotive diagnostics and estimating software Explain repair procedures, costs, and timelines clearly to customers, ensuring transparency and confidence Upsell recommended services such as oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, suspension work, shocks & struts, transmissions, and collision repairs to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership revenue Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services Manage cash handling accurately for service payments and process invoices efficiently Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions, service orders, and vehicle history in dealership management systems Requirements Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar auto service advisor role. Experience with estimating software Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity and customer trust Dealership experience preferred; familiarity with auto estimating systems is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for test drives or vehicle inspections Knowledge of automotive repair specialties including transmissions, suspension systems, tire service, shocks & struts, brake repair, oil changes, collision repair, and auto service writing Join our team where your enthusiasm for cars combined with your exceptional communication skills can drive your career forward!
