Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our team. We are a busy automotive maintenance shop that continues to grow. We are a family owned and operated shop with a very strong local customer base, local fleets, and national fleets. The right candidate will need strong customer service skills, auto maintenance/mechanical knowledge, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment. Duties Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections. Maintain detailed service records, complete work orders accurately, and communicate repair status effectively to team members and customers. Support ongoing equipment maintenance programs to maximize operational uptime and safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized bay/shop area. Requirements Proven experience working as a dealership technician, service writer, or similar position Knowledge of automotive maintenance and light duty vehicle repairs. Knowledge of fleet repair site such as Auto Integrate, Holman Fleet Services, and eRepair. Strong problem-solving skills coupled with excellent customer service abilities; capable of working independently or as part of a team.
