Duties Perform tire replacements, rotations, balancing, and repairs efficiently to meet customer needs Conduct oil changes and automotive fluid replacements following manufacturer specifications Assist with basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as brake inspections, battery checks, and light mechanical repairs Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform minor mechanical repairs and adjustments Conduct wheel alignments to ensure optimal vehicle handling and tire longevity Inspect vehicles for safety issues or mechanical concerns, accurately diagnosing problems using automotive diagnostics tools Provide exceptional customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate Requirements Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge of standard passenger cars and basic vehicle systems Experience with automotive diagnostics, fluid replacement, tire service, and minor mechanical repairs Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and alignment equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during tire installations or vehicle maintenance tasks Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for completing service documentation Good communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members Join us if you're passionate about automotive repair and eager to grow your skills in a lively environment!
