Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of equipment, and automotive systems. Your expertise will ensure that all equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably, supporting our operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about mechanical work and eager to contribute to our environment. Duties Perform detailed diagnostics and repairs customer vehicles. Conduct routine maintenance including oil changes, tire service, brake repair, suspension adjustments, and transmission servicing to maximize equipment lifespan. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and fabrication techniques to assemble or repair machinery components. Inspect equipment for safety issues such as shocks & struts alignment or hydraulics leaks; perform necessary repairs to ensure compliance with safety standards. Maintain detailed service records, complete inspection reports, and document all repairs performed for accountability and future reference. Experience Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics. Dealership experience is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and service tech protocols. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to team members and clients alike.
