Experienced Performance Automotive Mechanic - Up to $120k Minot, ND Monday-Friday | No Weekends $70,000-$120,000+ Earning Potential Relocation Package Available Looking for More Than Just Another Automotive Technician Job? We're a family-owned automotive repair and performance shop in Minot, ND looking for an experienced Performance Automotive Mechanic who enjoys diagnostics, challenging repairs, and performance work. Our primary focus is gas-powered cars and light-duty trucks , with some light and medium-duty diesel work mixed in. What makes us different is our performance side. We offer in-house dyno tuning , giving our technicians the opportunity to work on performance upgrades, custom builds, advanced diagnostics, and dyno-supported testing and tuning. This is a great opportunity for an experienced automotive technician who wants to do more than routine maintenance and parts replacement. What You'll Be Working On Your day-to-day work will primarily involve automotive diagnostics, repair, and performance work, including: Advanced drivability diagnostics Check engine light and performance concerns Electrical and electronic diagnostics Engine diagnostics and repair Fuel and ignition systems Cooling and HVAC systems Steering and suspension Brake systems Drivetrain repairs Engine and drivetrain upgrades Performance and aftermarket installations Intake and exhaust upgrades Turbocharger and supercharger applications Performance builds and custom projects Dyno testing and performance verification Working alongside our tuning team General automotive repair and maintenance Some light and medium-duty diesel diagnostics and repair You'll work on a variety of vehicles and problems, so we're looking for someone who can diagnose the problem, determine the right repair, and complete quality work efficiently. What We're Looking For 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience 3+ years of diagnostic experience Strong automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Strong electrical diagnostic abilities Experience with gas-powered cars and light-duty trucks Performance automotive experience preferred Dyno and tuning experience preferred Diesel experience is a plus, but not the primary focus Comfortable using scan tools, diagnostic software, and repair information systems Ability to produce high-quality work efficiently Good documentation and computer skills Professional attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and career-focused Strong communication and teamwork skills Performance Experience Already have experience with performance vehicles, dyno testing, or tuning?
