Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Lube Technician and become a vital part of delivering exceptional vehicle maintenance services! In this energetic role, you will perform routine oil changes, fluid replacements, tire services, and minor mechanical repairs to keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly. Your mechanical skills and attention to detail will ensure every vehicle is serviced efficiently and safely, contributing to customer satisfaction and the overall success of our dealership. Duties Conduct oil changes, automotive fluid replacements, and tire services with precision and efficiency Perform standard vehicle maintenance tasks such as filter replacements and basic inspections Assist with minor mechanical repairs including brake checks, alignments, and vehicle diagnostics Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete maintenance procedures accurately Support automotive repair activities by lifting heavy components and handling heavy lifting tasks responsibly Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency during service operations Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate service schedules and ensure quality standards are met Skills Prior dealership or automotive service experience is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge of standard passenger cars and basic automotive systems Experience with automotive diagnostics, fluid replacement, oil changes, and vehicle maintenance Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and alignment equipment for repairs and servicing Ability to perform minor mechanical repairs such as brake work, tire service, and general vehicle maintenance Excellent customer service skills to assist customers with their vehicle needs Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during busy shifts Join us as a Lube Technician where your skills will drive vehicle performance!
