We are not looking for a parts changer—we're looking for a true diagnostician who enjoys solving difficult problems, understands vehicle systems, and takes pride in fixing vehicles correctly the first time. Our shop specializes in Land Rover, Range Rover, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, MINI , and high-performance vehicles. If you have extensive experience with European diagnostics, especially Land Rover , we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing Advanced diagnostics on European vehicles Electrical and CAN bus troubleshooting Engine performance and drivability diagnostics Engine, transmission, and drivetrain repairs + Basic Maintenance Suspension and steering diagnostics (including air suspension systems) Programming, coding, calibrations, and module replacement Four-wheel alignments Performance upgrades and aftermarket installations Using factory scan tools and advanced diagnostic equipment Performing repairs that meet or exceed OEM standards We're Looking For Someone Who Has 7+ years of professional automotive experience Strong diagnostic skills with European vehicles Land Rover/Range Rover diagnostic experience strongly preferred Ability to diagnose electrical, drivability, communication, and intermittent faults Experience reading wiring diagrams and factory service information Understanding of network communications (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, etc.) Experience with scan tools, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment Strong mechanical skills including engines, transmissions, suspension, and steering Alignment experience Excellent problem-solving abilities A desire to continually learn new technologies High attention to detail and organization Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Personal professional hand tools The Technician We Want You enjoy the challenge of diagnosing the vehicle everyone else has given up on.
