What You'll Do:

Be the face of the service department — greet customers, build trust, and create a top-tier experience Listen to customer concerns and confidently guide them through service recommendations Perform vehicle walkarounds and identify maintenance opportunities Maximize earnings by recommending services, repairs, and maintenance packages Provide clear pricing and timelines — no surprises, just great communication Stay on top of every vehicle — update customers and keep them informed throughout the process Work side-by-side with technicians to ensure speed, accuracy, and quality Drive customer satisfaction and retention through follow-up and relationship building

What We're Looking For:

Service Advisor, Service Writer, or strong automotive customer service experience preferred A sales-driven mindset with confidence in upselling services Excellent communication — you know how to connect, build trust, and close Ability to hustle, multitask, and stay organized in a high-volume environment Positive, high-energy attitude and a strong work ethic Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
