EFI Motorsport is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician specializing in European automobiles to join our growing team in Somersworth, New Hampshire. We're seeking a skilled, motivated technician who takes pride in their work and understands that European vehicles require a higher level of diagnostic ability, technical knowledge, and attention to detail. The Role As an Automotive Technican at EFI Motorsport, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of European vehicles. You'll work in a professional shop environment with a team that values quality workmanship, technical expertise, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair European automobiles using professional diagnostic equipment and service information Perform routine maintenance, mechanical repairs, and advanced diagnostics Diagnose complex electrical, drivability, and performance concerns Perform engine, transmission, suspension, brake, steering, and cooling-system repairs Complete timing belt/chain, clutch, and other major mechanical services Inspect vehicles and accurately identify necessary repairs Install and troubleshoot performance upgrades and aftermarket components Maintain accurate service documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Communicate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship Qualifications 3+ years of professional automotive technician experience preferred Strong experience working on European automobiles Proficiency with brands such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, MINI, Volvo, and/or other European makes Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to use modern scan tools, diagnostic equipment, and technical service information Solid understanding of automotive electrical and mechanical systems Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Own professional hand tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently while also being a productive member of a team ASE certifications and/or manufacturer-specific training are a plus What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is more than someone who can replace parts.
