Overview Join our team as an Automotive Mechanic and become a vital part of delivering top-tier vehicle repair and maintenance services. In this role, you will utilize your mechanical expertise to diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of vehicles, ensuring safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs on mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and wheel alignments to restore optimal vehicle performance. Service various vehicle components such as oil changes, tire rotations, wheel alignments, and brake repairs with attention to detail and quality standards. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical repair tools efficiently to complete repairs swiftly and safely. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex automotive electrical systems and powertrain components. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and offering maintenance advice to clients. Maintain detailed records of all work performed for accurate auto estimating and service documentation. Experience Proven experience working in the automotive repair industry with a focus on dealership or independent shops preferred. Strong background in automotive diagnostics, mechanical knowledge, and vehicle maintenance procedures. Familiarity with Schematics for troubleshooting electrical issues and mechanical systems repair is essential. Knowledge of oil change procedures, tire service including shocks & struts replacement, wheel alignment techniques, brake systems, EVAP systems, and suspension system repair is necessary. Ability to operate power tools safely while adhering to safety protocols in a fast-paced environment. Having your own tools and a valid driver's license are required.
